I am currently conducting my Ph.D. research at the University of California Davis as a visiting scholar,  working with the use of beef semen on dairy, which aims to describe the trends in the management practices adopted by producers, to evaluate the economics of the adoption of beef embryo specifically in Jersey herds, focusing on profitability and opportunities of selling one day old dairy-beef crossbreds or pure Angus versus raising dairy-beef crossbred calves and pure Angus.

My research interest includes data management, ruminant nutrition and extension activities.
