Cardboard Cow (CC) Visits The Kings County Farm Day 2015

Mar 21

The third-graders of Kings County celebrated Farm Day at the Hanford Fair Grounds with hands on exhibits of an agricultural nature.  On Thursday, 12 March, 2015, at our stop, children were given a four minute introduction to a Veterinary student’s life as it relates to cattle.  Then, each student had the opportunity to: listen to their own heartbeat, touch cow bones, and look at models of animals.

Every child is able to hear their own heartbeat.
