Student housing is provided on the VMTRC campus. The furnished student housing unit contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, television, VCR, fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. Cooking utensils, dinnerware and bed/bath linens are supplied. Students provide food and laundry supplies. The housing area has a commons for basketball, volleyball and a barbeque. VMTRC has limited kennel space for pets on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact VMTRC student coordinator to check on kennel availabilty. Students with special needs, including childcare, should contact the Student Coordinator. VMTRC is five miles from major food stores and shopping centers located in Tulare. Student housing is available to all veterinary students enrolled in VMTRC clinical rotations. The School covers housing fees for UCD students. All other students are required to pay housing costs.
