UC Davis and The Education & Agriculture Together Foundation, commonly known as the E.A.T. Foundation, joined together on July 10, 2012 to help increase the knowledge and experiences of educators in the Agriculture industry.  Dr. Pat Blanchard, CAHFS Tulare Branch Chief described the breadth of the CAHFS diagnostic services which are used in disease surveillance activities.  Dr. Aly introduced the functions of the VMTRC including those of teaching students, and researching new ideas, and serving the community.

The participants also toured the Milk Quality Laboratory where Kathy Glenn described elements of disease detection in milk.  Jennifer Crook gave them a tour of our DNA Laboratory.
