Two students from the Netherlands and two from the U. S. A. team up on this rotation. Vera Captein and Feiko Bosma are here for two weeks from the Netherlands. Amanda Wright, Oklahoma State and Betsy Bamberger, UC Davis stayed on from the previous group.

Cardboard Cow visits Fresno Farm and Nutrition Day 2012!
The Cardboard Cow appeared at the Fresno Fairgrounds 23 March, 2012, brought by Jennifer Crook and Grant Jones-Wiebe. CC was accompanied by stethoscopes, clean cow bones, and models of animals with visible, anatomically correct internal structures.
Cardboard Cow visits the Kings County Farm Day!
Once again the Cardboard Cow appears to help children learn about veterinary science. She was presented to over 400 children. Each child was able to palpate CC, hear their own heartbeat through a stethoscope, and touch real cow bones . . . clean cow bones. Grant Jones-Wiebe communicated to the students, some of the many careers that exist in agriculture today.

6 March 2012, Tuesday, Teacher Matt Wenstrand brought his Caruthers High School, Veterinary Science Class to visit us. The students peppered our vets, Dr. Aly and Dr. Moeller, and our lab presenters, Jen Crook and Kris Maloy, with questions. Thank you for coming and keep up your studies.
New Dairy Production Medicine Students
